<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city council <br />city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 29th day of <br /> <br />December, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />C ounc i Iman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6333 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-75-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement pro- <br /> <br />viding that the existing median in County Road B be opened up <br /> <br />near Herschel street to provide left turn and crossover pro- <br /> <br />visions in the location, filed with the Council on December 15, <br /> <br />1975, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage <br /> <br />of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the city Public works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advi~ing the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />
