<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />JANUARY 19, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Monday, the 19th day of January, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Hess and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6337 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR <br />AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN <br />RATE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is a member of <br />the Suburban Rate Authority; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City may appoint one individual <br />to the Suburban Rate Authority and one alternate member, <br />therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville , Minnesota, that <br /> <br />James Andre is hereby designated as a <br />director of the Suburban Rate Authority, and Steve North <br />is hereby designated to serve as alternate director of the <br />Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1976 and until their <br />successors are appointed. <br />
