<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey . 'County , Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of t.he City Council of the Cit.y of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, t.he 19th day of <br />January, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br />men Anderson, curley, Grauel and HessJ and the fOllowing were <br />absent: none. <br /> <br />councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6338 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-75-l7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Roseville generally on county Road D between Cleveland Avenue <br />and the western city limits by the installation of concrete curb <br />and gutter, paving, turn slots, traffic lights, street widening, <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances in conjunction wi~ the County of <br /> <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, and to assess the benefited property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. <br />statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City pUblic <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />
