<br />EXTRACT OF r.uNUTES OF ~1EETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, ~UNNESOTA, HELD ,1ANlJt'RY 19, 197f. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Ci ty Counci 1 of tile Ci ty of Rosevi 11 e, r1i nnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the city hall in said City on ,lanuary 10, 107f <br /> <br />The following members were present: ['ovor nemos, rnuncil- <br />men Anderson, Curle'!, r,rauel, ann Iless. <br /> <br />and the fo 11 owi ng members were absent: ilone <br /> <br />f'lember Curl ey <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6339 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELING CERTAIN RH1AIrHNG It~STALU1ENTS <br />OF ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY TilE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE IN 1975 <br /> <br />\JHEREAS, the Ci ty of Rosevi lle has obtai ned ti tle to the <br />below described property in 1975, and; <br /> <br />HHEREAS, there are assessments spread on such property for <br />storm sewer improvements, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the <br />City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing with the installment due and payable in 1975, <br />the entire balance of assessments for the special improvements known <br />as Sanitary Se\'/er r~o. 3 (County No. 198) and Hatermain 62-2, 64-4, 5 <br />and 6 (County No. 374) are hereby canceled as to the East 250 feet of <br />the North 75 feet of the South 967.93 feet of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23. <br />
