<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, f'1innesota, Has duly held <br /> <br />in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />r,10nday, the <br /> <br />Nineteenth <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />, 197~, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o I clock P J1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: nayor Demos, Councilmen <br />I\nderson, Grauel, Hess and Curley. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~'lember <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6340 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council-of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />~~HEREAS, the assessment roll s for various improvements for the Ci ty <br /> <br />of Rosevil1e were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls nave Deen divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order tnat the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the follm4ing apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
