<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 8th day of May, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, <br />Mastel, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Goedeke, <br />None. <br /> <br />Wiski, <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9184 <br /> <br />CLERICAL/TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the state of <br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerical/Technical Employee <br />Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following ranges <br />for certain city employees in 1995: <br /> <br />Classification <br /> <br />1995 Hourly <br />Pay Ranges <br /> <br />Golf Course Mechanic <br />Receptionist <br />Custodian <br />Office Assistant <br />Finance Aide <br />Customer Service Assistant <br />Naturalist <br />Senior Office Assistant <br />Publications specialist <br />Department Assistant <br />Data Coordinator <br />Public Information Officer <br />Recreation Program supervisor <br />community Relations Coordinator <br />Engineering Technician <br />Fire Inspector <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />Engineering Project Coordinator <br /> <br />$ 9.23 - $11.23 <br />9 . 42· - 11 . 4 5 <br />9.42 - 11.45 <br />9.60 - 11. 57 <br />9.79 - 11.91 <br />10.19 - 12.40 <br />10.19 - 12.40 <br />10.59 - 12.89 <br />11.48 - 13.97 <br />11.48 - 13.97 <br />11.71 - 14.26 <br />12.39 - 15.07 <br />13.71 - 16.69 <br />15.16 - 18.46 <br />15.47 - 18.82 <br />15.77 - 19.19 <br />17.40 - 21.16 <br />17.40 - 21.16 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly health insurance contribution <br />provided to employees covered under this plan be increased to $300.00 <br />per month, that the contribution to employees selecting cash option in <br />lieu of health insurance be increased to $135.00 per month, and group <br />life insurance be increased to $40,000, with a city contribution cap <br />of $10.00 per month. <br />
