<br />ExrRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CIIT COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 9, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />said City Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, in said City on Monday, <br />the 9th day of February, 1976. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, CmUlcilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOllITION NO. 6342 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Rosevi11e to enter <br />into a lease with the County of Ramsey Whereby the County of Ramsey <br />will lease certain rooms in the Rosevi1le City r~ll for operation of <br />the Ramsey County Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville requests and desires that the <br />regular term of the Ramsey County Court be held in the City of Roseville; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CmUlcH of the City <br />of Roseville that the Manager and Mayor are authorized on behalf of <br />the City of Rosevil1e to execute a lease between the City of Rosevi1le <br />and the County of Ramsey for the teiI1Tl of April 1 through December 31, <br />1976, in the amount of $1,385.50 per month. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Hess and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Curley, Grauel, Hess <br />Anderson and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />WHERHUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
