<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Counc il <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held <br />in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />flonday, the ____~th________________, day of FEbruary <br />at 7:30 olclock P.M. <br /> <br />, 197~, <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Anderson, and Mayor Demos <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Hess, <br /> <br />and the fall owi ng were absent: none <br /> <br />t.1ember <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6344 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br /> <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have beeen divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessments against the following <br /> <br />described properties: <br />
