<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MARCH 8, 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- <br />lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 8th day of March, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor DeIIDs, <br />Councilmen Hess, Grauel, Curley and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6346 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br />A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted <br />notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine <br />whether or not a certain street in the City of Roseville <br />should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in <br />the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to <br />the public interest to vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville here- <br />by vacates the public street over the property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />West 30 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Hall Edgewater Estates. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson ,and <br />upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
