<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the city Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 15th day <br />of March, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, council- <br />men Hess, Grauel and Anderson1 and the following were absent: <br />Councilman Curley. <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6348 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-76-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />city of Roseville generally in the area bounded by County Road <br />D on the North, 400 feet, more or less, south of County Road <br />C-2 on the south, S.T.H. 35W on the west and prior Avenue on <br /> <br />the east by the construction of storm sewer facilities and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br /> <br />to Minn. statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429~111 (Minn. statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Public works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />
