<br />EXTRACT OF MINTJfES OF REGULAR MEETING OF 1HE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />MARo-I 15, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~linnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the <br />15th day of l\1arch, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor DeIIDs, <br />Councilmen Anderson, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />l\~mber Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6349 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />feels it would be in the best interest of the City to participate <br />in the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 whereby <br />federal funds will be used to employ unemployed or under-employed <br />persons in public employment; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to facilitate participation in such program <br />it is necessary for the City to enter into an agreement with Ramsey <br />County the prime sponsor for participation in the program in <br />Ramsey County, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY 1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into <br />an agreement with Ramsey County setting forth the particulars of <br />the City of Roseville's participation in the CETA Program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by l\~mber Grauel and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the fo Howing voted against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
