<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the city council <br />of the city of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 29th day <br />of March, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council- <br />men Grauel, Hess, Anderson and CurleY7 and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />" <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6350 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-W-SS-76-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Roseville generally in the area of Cleveland Avenue fram <br />County Road D to County Road C in Roseville by the construction <br /> <br />of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, water and sani- <br /> <br />tary sewer services and miscellaneous appurtenances, and to <br /> <br />assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant .to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to <br /> <br />429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public <br />works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />
