<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 8th day of May, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9185 <br /> <br />SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classifica- <br />tion and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of <br />certain city employees in 1995: <br /> <br />Classification <br /> <br />1995 Yearly <br />Salary Ranqes <br /> <br />Police Secretary <br />Administrative Secretary <br />License Bureau Supervisor <br />Engineering Supervisor <br />Fire Marshal <br /> <br />$24,775 - $30,943 <br />29,606 - 37,008 <br />34,027 - 42,559 <br />38,858 - 48,624 <br />38,858 - 48,624 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly health insurance contribution <br />provided to employees covered under this plan be increased to $300.00 <br />per month, that the contribution to employees selecting cash option in <br />lieu of health insurance be increased to $135.00 per month, and group <br />life insurance be increased to $40,000, with a city contribution cap <br />of $10.00 per month. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Mastel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, <br />and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
