EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of May, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9185 SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classifica- tion and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of certain city employees in 1995: Classification 1995 Yearly Salary Ranqes Police Secretary Administrative Secretary License Bureau Supervisor Engineering Supervisor Fire Marshal $24,775 - $30,943 29,606 - 37,008 34,027 - 42,559 38,858 - 48,624 38,858 - 48,624 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly health insurance contribution provided to employees covered under this plan be increased to $300.00 per month, that the contribution to employees selecting cash option in lieu of health insurance be increased to $135.00 per month, and group life insurance be increased to $40,000, with a city contribution cap of $10.00 per month. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
