<br />Form 21232A <br /> <br />57989 <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6352 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Highways for the follovdng purposes, to-wit: to <br />provide for payment by the City of Roseville to the State of the City's <br />cost shares of certain concrete curb and gutter, bituminous curb, and <br />water main and storm sewer facilities construction to be performed by the <br />State under contract upon, along and adjacent to the planned location of <br />a Trunk Highway No. 51 frontage road in the northwest quadrant of the <br />County Road C intersection in accordance with State plans, specifications <br />and special provisions designated as State Project No. 6216-72 (T.H. 51= <br />125). <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Rb~ be and they hereby are <br />authorized to execute such agreement.
