NOTICB OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-75-21 CITY O? ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY ~IVEN that the Council of the City of Rosevi1le, ~1innesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of May, 1976 at 7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement N0. P-75-2l providing that the existing median in County R~ad B be opened up near Perschel Street to pro- vide left turn and cros~over provisions in the location. The foregoing is all surst.antially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at SlO,950.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall ~e the following: Commencing at the centerline of Fairview Avenue and the Centerline of County Road Bf thence north to the centerline of r:-runk Highway 36: thence east along said Trunk Highway 36 centerline to the extended east lot line of Lot 2, ::>lock 1, Rosewood Village: thence south along said east lot line to the northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Rosewood Village: thence south on the east lot line of said Lot 3 and its extension to the centerline of County Road B, thence continuing south along the extended west line of Block 2, Crestwood Addition to the northeast corner of Lot 14, Block 5, Ed Bossard Addition Plat No.4, thence west along the north line of said Block 5 extended to the center- line of (i'airview Avenue: thence north along said centerline to the centerline of County Road Band there terminating.
