Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: April 12, 1976 pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the city Hall on Monday, the 12th day of April, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Hess, Anderson, curley and Grauel1 and the following were absent: None. Councilman curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6354 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-75-l7 BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the city of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 19, 1976, the Council has directed the City public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement generally on County Road D between Cleveland Avenue and the western city limits by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, paving, turn slots, traffic lights, street widening, and necessary appurtenances in conjunction with the County of Ramsey, Minnesota. The public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost est~ate have been submitted and considered by the council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement pro- posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-75-17. 2. The Council shall meet at the city Ball, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said city, on May 10, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause ~otice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Rose- ville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
