<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-SS-75-l4 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the lOth day of May, 1976 at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a purlic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-W-SS-75-ll.1 on proposed Evelyn Street from <br />County Road D south to Brenner Avenue extended ry the installa- <br />tion of bituminous surfacing, sanitary sewer mains, watermain, <br />concrete curt and gutter, drainage and necessary appurtenances~ <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a pre- <br />liminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />puJ"'lic inspect.ion in the office of the City I;';anager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />~100,837.20. The area proposed to re assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall re the following: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the North Section line <br />of The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) Section 4, <br />Township 29, Range 23: said point being on the <br />centerline of County Road 0 and 551.34 feet east <br />of the northwest corner of said Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4), thence south and parallel with <br />the west section line of said Northwest Quarter <br />(~M 1/4) 1265 feet, thence east and parallel <br />wit.h the north section line of said Northwest <br />Quar~er (NW 1/4) 551.34 feet, thence north and <br />parallel with the west section line of said <br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) 1265 feet to a point <br />on the north section line of said Northwest <br />Quarter (~M 1/4), said point reing 1102.68 feet <br />east of the northwest corner of said Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4), thence west 551.34 feet to the <br />point of ~eginning and there terminating. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated atove. <br /> <br />Dated: April 12, 1976 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF TPE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James ';'.
