NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-76-8 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the lOth day of May, 1976 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- sota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. ST-76-8 generally in the area bounded by County Road D on the North, 400 feet, more or less, south of County Road C-2 on the south, S.T.H. 35W on the west and prior Avenue on the east by the construction of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accor- dance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $332,657.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be the following: commencing at the centerline of Cleveland Avenue and the centerline of county Road D; thence east along the centerline of County Road D to the centerline of prior Circle: thence south along said centerline extended to a point on the south line of Lot 5, Len Ruth Estates, said point being 92 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 5; thence west to the southwest corner of Lot 6, Len Ruth Estates,; thence south 1189.45 feet to a point; thence east to the west right-of-way line of Prior Avenue; thence south along said right-of- way line to the centerline of county Road C-2i thence west along said centerline to the centerline of Mount Ridge Road; thence south on said centerline to the extended south line of Lot 3, Block A, Twin View Addition; thence west on said extended lot line to the southeast corner of Lot 18, Block A of said addition: thence continuing west along said Lot 18 and its extension to the east right of way of S.T.H. 3Sw; thence northeasterly along said east right-of-way line to the center- line of County Road D; thence east along said centerline to the point of beginning and there terminating.
