<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEME~~ NO. P-W-SS-76-9 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of May, 1976 at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Sta~utes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement NO. P-~-SS-76-9 generally in the area of Cleveland <br />Avenue from County Road D to County Road C in Roseville by the <br />installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, <br />water and sanitary sewer services and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a pre- <br />liminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$449,330.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Cleveland Avenue <br />from County Road D to county Road C in Roseville <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: April 12, 1976 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />
