<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council of <br />city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: April 12, 1976 <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the city <br />Hall on Monday, the 12th day of April, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Hess, Anderson, curley and Graue11 and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6358 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-76-7A <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted March 8, 1976, the council has <br />directed the City public works Director to prepare a prelimi- <br />nary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in <br />the area generally bounded by county Road C-2 on the north, <br />County Road C on the south, Mount Ridge Road on the east, and <br />state Highway 35W on the west by the construction of storm <br />sewer and miscellaneous appurtenances. The public Works <br />Director was also directed to include in the report the esti- <br />mated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such <br />improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />as Improvement No. ST-76-7A. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Road, in said city, on May 10, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of <br />that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, <br />
