NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-76-7A CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on the lOth day of May, 1976 at 7:30 o.clock p. ro., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. ST-76-7A in the area generally bounded by County Road C-2 on the north, County Road C on the south, Mount Ridge Road on the east, and state Highway 35W on the west by the construction of storm sewer and miscellaneous appur- tenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $25,440.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be the following: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 3, Block A, Twin View Addition, thence south along the east line of said Block A and its extension to the northeast corner of Block B of said addition, thence continuing south on the east line of said Block B to the southeast corner of Lot 5 of said Block B, thence west on the south line of said Lot 5 to the southeast corner of Lot 16 of said Block B1 thence west along the south line of said Lot 16 to the southwest corner of said Lot 161 thence con- tinuing west to the East right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway 35W, thence northeasterly along rhe east right-of-way line to a point 283.74 feet south of the centerline of County Road C-2: thence east and parallel with the centerline of County Road C-2 to a point, said point being the northeast corner of Lot 3, Block A, Twin view Addition and the point of beginning, and there terminating.
