<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD APRIL 12, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was held in <br />said City Hall in said city on tvbnday, the 12th day of April, 1976. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6359 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Laws of Minnesota 1976, Chapter 116, <br />relating to intoxicating liquor, authorizing temporary short <br />term on-sale licenses for certain charitable festivals <br />provides in part as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 3. This act is effective as to each of the <br />political subdivisions named herein upon approval <br />by the governing body thereof and upon compliance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Section 645.021. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevi11e does hereby approve Minnesota Laws 1976, Chapter <br />116, and the City ~fumager is directed to file the required certificate <br />and a certified copy of this resolution with the ~finnesota Secretary of <br />State. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote veing taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
