<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly
<br />held on the 8th day of May, 1995, at 5:30 p.m.

<br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None.

<br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />
<br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SALARY PROGRAM
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the state of
<br />Minnesota, the city council shall establish employee compensation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the City of
<br />Roseville does revise the Management/Administrative Pay Plan to
<br />include the following salary ranges for certain city positions in
<br />1995:
