<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 19th day <br />of April, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council- <br />men Hess, Curley, Grauel and Anderson: and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution NO. 6361 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT W-76-l0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Roseville including all that property on the west side of <br /> <br />Rice Street between west Grandview Avenue and Minnesota Avenue by <br />the construction of watermain and necessary appurtenances, and <br />to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br /> <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. statutes Sees. 429.011 <br />to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City public <br />works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- <br />
