EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 19, 1976 * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 19th day of April, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, CotIDcilmen Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel. and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6362 RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a certain street in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and: WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said street; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville here- by vacates the public street over the property described as follows: That part of Prior Avenue lying south of the north line of the south 1200 feet of the southwest one quarter of Section 4, T. 29, R. 23, and lying north of the south 833 feet of said southwest one quarter. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley ,and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
