<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-76-10 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of May, 1976, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. W-76-10 including all that property on the west <br />side of Rice Street between west Grandview Avenue and Minnesota <br />Avenue by the construction of watermain and necessary appurte- <br />nances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with <br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the City Ma.ager. <br /> <br />The cost of the ~provement is presently estimated at <br />$16,656.90. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />The South One-half (S 1/2) of Lot l, <br />Block 1, Hillsborough Addition and Lots <br />7 and 8, Block 2, Hillsborough No.4 <br />Addition. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard. with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: April 26, 1976 <br /> <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />,/' <br /> <br />ames F.~-~~u--- <br />City Manager <br />
