<br />,{j~ .ff t:h3{ 6 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />May 10, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, May 10, 1976, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Coun- <br />cilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess: and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Robert Bell, <br />City Attorney: Charles Honchell, city Public Works Director; and <br />Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />. . . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Next are our public hearings. <br /> <br />. . .. . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Improvement P-75-2l - County Road B median <br />opening at Herschel Street. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: We have the Certificate of Mailing the Notice <br />of Hearing and the affidavit of publication of the Notice of <br />Hearing on Improvement P-75-2l. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: will the Public Works Director present a <br />summary of the nature of the improvement. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: This project was a result of a petition <br />which came in late last year from several of the property owners <br />adjacent to this location. Is this visible by everyone? If <br />not, we will turn off some lights. Anyone that can't see it? <br />Okay~ we'll leave it the way ir. is. <br /> <br />At that time ~here were three people who signed a petition <br />which constituted far more than 50% of the affected property <br />owners, and they requested ~ha~ the median opening be constructed <br />
