MR. ANDRE: I ha ve none. MAYOR DEMOS: I will now open this hearing to the public. MR. DONALD PANTZAR, 2613 Fry Street: I'm representing the Brimhall School PTA who initiated the request to take the median out. I was told to come down and say it's for the safety at the school. For any events that were going on at the school we found we were putting all the people through the property owners behind us. We found it to be a safety factor if we could get this open for the traffic to disperse. Anyone using the school at night, to go to Fairview would have to go down to "BII and Snelling or through the residential area and we took it up with the county engineer and the engineers here and we feel the Brimhall PT.A is in favor of this improvement. MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else? If not, I will close the hearing. Councilman Grauel then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6366 RESOLUTION APPROVING COUNTY PLANS FOR COUNTY ROAD B IMPROVEMENT NO. P-75-21 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that Ramsey County plans for County Road B, Roseville City Improvement No. P-75-21, showing proposed alignment, pro- files, grades and sections and right of way for the recon- struction of County State Aid Highway 25 in the vicinity of Herschel Avenue as a state aid project are hereby conceptually approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hess, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all: and the following voted against the same: none: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
