POjovich of Peterson & Popovich, City Bond <br />Consul t-ants . <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Our next vublic hearing is on Improvement <br />p-75-l7, County Road D from Cleveland Avenue to Highcrest Road. <br />(Paving, curb and gutter). <br /> <br />MR.. HONCHELL: In January of this year a request was re- <br />ceived from +:he damsey County Highway Depar.:-men{- asking that <br />the city consider the widening of County Road D from Cleveland <br />to the west city limit-so The projec{- is also proposed to be <br />extended to Silver Lake Road as Jart of o+:her considerations <br />in different communities. This roadway would be 52 feet wide, <br />four lanes, with concrete curb and gutter, and a nine ton de- <br />sign. Some medians would be consi-ructed as well as realigned <br />where they presently occur. Some right of way would also be <br />necessary and 1~his is all west of old Highway 8. The project <br />is propoeed for late 1976 or in 1977, depending on the time <br />requirements for right of way and o-ther considerations. This <br />
