runs toward that improvement.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else?

MR. JOHN NELSON, 3096 Cleveland Avenue: Right now the water
is getting to this Wilson pond. Is that to be enlarged?

MR. HONCHELL: Yes.

MR. NELSON: The way it's getting (inaudible) now, is it
possible if it was enlarged wouldn't we have the same thing?

MR. HONCHELL: You may at the extreme south tip. If the
water just got to (inaudible) the south tip and it were enlarged,
that would help but the pond doesn't have sufficient capacir.y to
take the large rainfalls and we propose there would be a line
going out to the north. There's already an existing line heading
north but we propose to enlarge that so the water can get out,
so in answer to your question, yes, if it was enlarged, it would
greatly help.

MR. GEORGE MEADOWS, 3044 Wilder Street: Has development
already started on this project?

MR. HONCHELL: No, sir.

MR. MEADOWS: What about Brenner Avenue?

MR. HONCHELL: The small piece just off Cleveland - that is
beginning and that has been approved by the city - maybe 8 or 6
lots (inaudible). Are you talking of the improvement or a piece
of this particular project. That piece of blue has not been
begun - is not ordered.

MR. MEADOWS: Nothing in the blue on Brenner?

MR. HONCHELL: No.

MR. MEADOWS: ~"Jhat have they been putting in?

MR. HONCHELL: sanitary sewer and water mains and they're
doing the preparation for the road construction.

8
