Andre, City Manager; Robert Bell, <br />City AttorneY1 Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director1 and <br />Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />. . . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Next are our public hearings. <br /> <br />. . . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Improvement ST-76-7A - County Road C-2 to <br />Iona Lane and 35W to Mount Ridge Road. (storm Sewer) <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: We have the Certificate of Mailing the Notice <br />of Hearing and the affidavit of publication of the Notice of <br />Hearing on Improvement ST-67-7A. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The Public Works Director will present his <br />summary. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: The area involved in this storm drainage is <br />the same red line you looked at, only this time it1s southerly. <br />If you took Mount Ridge Road and went to the west and then go <br />down approximately to County Road C, come across all the way <br />alon~ Trunk Highway 35 to again the red line from the previous <br />description which is just south of C-2 you'd have the boundary <br />of this proposal. This encompasses approximately 20 acres. <br />This particular area drains directly toward Cleveland. The <br />improvement proposed is an 18 inch facility in Cleveland itself <br />
