that's considered a lot. If you have something that1s 400 feet
wide by 800 feet deep it may be a parcel of record but we'd go
by acreage. That's not a typical urban lot.

MR. GAILFUS: That's what I'm trying to determine - what
our cost would be.

MR. HONCHELL: I think lid advise you to use the acreage
system. If it does turn out to be a lot it should be comparable.
I would use the acreage to establish my estimate.

MR. GAILFUS: I've been asked by the corporate office to
object based on the cost and the dubious benefit to our office.
I have been there 11 years and have seen no problem with storm
drainage except occasionally there would be water - occasionally -
across the road and it dissipates very rapidly.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else?

MR. CARMEN DORSO, American Trailer Service, 2814 N. Cleve-
land: Is this storm aewer to drain the big pond to the west of
Cleveland that1s in the section off of the turnoff of 1135". Is
this the portion welre talking about?

MR. HONCHELL: It does not drain that pond west of Cleveland.
Actually, the water goes toward that pond.

MR. DORSO: Doesn1t that pond now drain toward the wilson
pond?

MR. HONCHELL: That1s part of the old county ditch approach.
originally it ran north to Wilson pond. Through time and through
progress, or through something, that old county ditch system
just doesn1t function properly so that pond that you see di-
rectly by the off ramp of 35W west of Cleveland - that water
goes through a rather small pipe in the middle of 35W and runs
north that way where it eventually joins the stuff that comes
out of Wilson pond, but it no longer flows north to Wilson as it
originally did.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else? If not I will declare the
hearing closed.

3
