<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REQJLAR MEETING OF TIffi <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />May 17, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City CmIDcil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 17th <br />day of May, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLtITION!'D. 6372 <br />RESOLtITION VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City <br />CmIDcil held a public hearing to determine whether or not a certain <br />street in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public <br />street over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />All of Turnstone Court as platted in Herbst Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
