Rxtract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: May 17, 1976 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 17th day of May, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Cotmcilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess and the following were absent: None Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6376 RESOLurION COMBINING IMPROVEMENTS ST-76-7A AND ST-76-8, APPROVING PLANS 1.ND SPECr~?ICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1976 ST-76-7A AND ST-76-8, Project A WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council on May 10, 1976 the City Public works Director has prepared plans and specifications for Improvements ST-76-7A and ST-76-8 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Council hereby finds, determines and declares that Improvements ST-76-7A and ST-76-8 shall be instituted and conducted as a single combined improvement in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, ChaptE:'.' 429. 3. Said combined improve~ents are hereby designated Combined Improvement of 1976~ ST-76-7A and ST-76-8. 4. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications.
