<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, tHNNESOTA - HELD ON t.IAY 17, 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br /> <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on 11ay 17, 1976. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the followi ng members were absent: None <br />r1emberGrauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6378 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE INFLOW INFILTRATION <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CITY SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is approximately SOO.OOO gallons of unaccounted <br /> <br />for sewage flow in the Roseville sanitary sewage system and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on estimated 1976 billings, this flow will result <br />in additional $245,000.00 of payment to the r,'letropolitan Haste Control <br /> <br />Commission and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, special expertise is required to identify, locate and <br /> <br />correct this undesired inflow and infiltration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVIllE, MINNESOTA, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />That the I.layor and r'1anager be authori zed to execute an agreement <br /> <br />with Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and Associates for the provision <br />of the inflow-infiltration analysis on the city sanitary sewer systems. <br />
