<br />EXTRACT OF t~INUTES OF r~EETIi~G OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD MAY 27, 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and noti ce thereof, a special meeti ng of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, t1innesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on t~ay 27, 1976. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel ani Hess <br /> <br />and the follo~ling members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />nember <br /> <br />CUrley <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTlOt4 1m. 6380 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PERTAINIi~G TO AN AGREE~~ENT FOR AN EHVIRONtlENTAL <br />ASSESSf1EiH NEAR LANGDOI~ LAKE FOR THE ENVIRONf1ENTAL QUALITY <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on Nay 14, 1976, the Environmental Quality Council (EQC) <br /> <br />ordered an environmental assessment on the industrial property near Langdon <br /> <br />Lake and, <br /> <br />~JHEREAS, the city has 45 days to complete the envi ronmenta 1 assessment , <br /> <br />(EA) and, <br /> <br />WtiEREAS, Howard Uahlgren and Associates have submitted the lowest of <br /> <br />two proposals to do this work, and- this organization has extensive experience <br /> <br />in Roseville land use and possible development as a part of the comprehensive <br /> <br />plan previously adopted by the city. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
