<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 22nd day of May, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the attached resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9188 <br /> <br />DECLARING THE OFFICIAL INTENT OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN EXPENDITURES FROM THE PROCEEDS OF <br />BONDS TO BE ISSUED BY THE CITY <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, <br />and V.
