<br />EXTRACT OF t\lIHUTES OF t4EETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEV ILLE, r4INNESOTA - JUNE 14, 1976 <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, t1innesota, was duly called <br /> <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on r-bnday, JtUle 14, 1976. <br /> <br />Th e fo 11 owi ng memb e rs we re p res en t : Mayor De1ros, CotUlcilrren <br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Arrlerson. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />~1ernber Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />Resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6384 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING ADVERTISENENT FOR BIDS <br />ON PROJECT W-76-4 <br /> <br />~mEREAS, pursuant to approval of an engineering agreement by <br /> <br />the City Council on December 29, 1975, the engineering firm of Banister, <br /> <br />Short, Elliott & Hendrickson & Associates, has prepared plans and specific- <br />ations for Improvements W-76-4 and has presented such plans and specification s <br />to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, tUNNESOTA, AS FOLLOVJS: <br /> <br />1.
