<br />attached hereto, aud made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />for Improvement No. P-75-2l shall be published as required by <br />law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon <br />the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be received by the City Manager until 11:00 o'clock <br />a.m. on July 6, 1976, at which time they will be publicly <br />opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and City Public <br />Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will be considered <br />by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on July 12, 1976 in the <br />Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, certified check or bid bond pRyabl.e to the man?:ger for <br />ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for -the adoption of the foregoing resolu-::iOI. <br /> <br />'\f.Jas duly seconded by CotlLlcilman AndGrson and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupo~ said resolution was declared duly pasaed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
