<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held <br />in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />t10nday, the <br /> <br />14th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 197~, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.r'!. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br /> <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, and Hess. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />t'lember Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6386 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTlONr.1ENT OF ASSESSf.iENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby make the fo11o\'l1ng apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
