Extract of Minutes of H~eting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey county, Minnesota June 14, 1976 pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, June 14, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Anderson, curley, Grauel and Hess: and the fOllowing were absent: None. After a discussion of the views and comments of the persons present at the public feasibility hearing of May 10, 1976, Councilman Anderson then i.ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6387a RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVE~mNT NO. SS-W-P-75-20 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATt1l'ES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. SS-W-P-75-20 consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer mains, watermains, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances generally in the area bounded on the west by Hamline Avenue, on the east by a line 100 feet east of Fernwood street, on the north by Oakcrest Avenue, and on the south by Brooks Avenue extended west to Hamline Avenue, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $131,422.29, and substantially in accordance with the pre- liminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the city Manager: and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications.
