<br />published as required by law. shall specify the work to be <br />done, shn1l call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for <br />such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the <br />City Manager until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on July 19, 1976, at <br />which time they will be publicly opened in the city Hall by <br />the City Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be <br />tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. on July 26, 1976, in the Council Chambers and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (l~~) <br />of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All: and the <br /> <br />following against: None: whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
