Councilman curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6388b. RESOLtJrION ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1976 ST-76-7A AND ST-76-8, PROJECT B WHEREAS, p~rsuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on May 17, 1976 the City council approved the plans and specifi- cations for the above combined improvement. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Hinn(~sota, as follows: 1. Tho city Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for Combined Improvement of 1976, ST-76-7A and ST-76-8. project B, shall be p~blished as required by law, shall specify the work to be done. shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash pay- ment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on July 19, 1976, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the city Manager and City public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on July 26, 1976, in the council Chambers and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (l~~) of the amount of .:.mch bid.
