Extract of Minutes of Meeting of city Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said city on Monday, the 28th day of June, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson and the following were absent: None C ounci lman Curley introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6390 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-l7 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-W- P-74-l7 of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, bitumi- nous surfacing and drainage and necessary appurtenances on Sherren Street extended to Nancy place and Nancy place from Sherren street to sandhurst Drive and Sandhurst Drive from Nancy place to victoria street: and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the tmprovement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 59,031 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 59.031 , and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost: exclusive of the right of way easement acquisition which will be the subject of a future assessment.
