E:.;:'cract Ol; Hinntes of Meeting of City Council Cit.y of Rosevill~ Ramsey County, Minnesota pU:;:Guan.t t.o due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of t.he city COLlnci1 of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was d".iy held in the city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said city on Monda.y, t.he 28th day of June, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Councilroon Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson Mayor Demos, and the following were absent: None councilma.n ClU-1ey int:;:oci.U'-l8d the following reso- lution and moved its adopt-,ion: RESOLUTION NO. 6391 RZSOLU'1'ION REl,ATING Ira C;::',;':U3!I.\'iED IMPROVEM.ENT OF 1975, B.s~W-P"74-l5 AND SS-W-P-74-l6 DECL1~ING ~OST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Combined Improvement of 1975, SS-W-P-74-15 and SS-W-P-74-l6 of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, and necessary appurtenances on Farrington street from South Qwasso Boulevard to Millwood Avenue which is in Ts~hida owasso Hills No. 3 plat, and on Millwood Avenue from Farrington street to Western Avenue which is in Tschida Qwasso Hills No. 3 Plat: and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice rela't:i.ng to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 92.081 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improve- ment will be $ 92,081 , and of this cost the city will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, as follows: 1. to be $ ~~e cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared , 0 81 .
