Z\venue to Dellwood Avenue i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, t~e f0rcgoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement i.s $ 39.267 and the other expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ so that the total cost of the improvement will <br />be $ 39,267 , and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- <br />as i~s share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
