W-75-l6 <br />DECLARj:J~G COST TO BE ASC:~ .:;S~l) AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO::IOSBn ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. W-75-l6 <br />of the city of Roseville consisting of the installation of <br />watermain and necessary appurtenances in the area generally <br />north of County Road B-2 between Wheeler street and Fry street <br />(Lot 1, Block 2, Rosedale Center First Addition): and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 22,415 and the other expenses incurred or to be in- <br />curred in the making of said improvement amount to $ , <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ -:22 41S <br />and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- as its <br />share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 22,415 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />
