<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br /> <br />of June, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor De~os, Council- <br /> <br />men Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6394 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON STREET Il.\lP~OVEMENT NO. 77-0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve generally all streets <br /> <br />within the city by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, <br /> <br />permanent asphaltic concrete paving, base preparation, street <br /> <br />widening and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the bene- <br /> <br />fitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br /> <br />ment pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL\lED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
