<br />Extract of Minutes of M2eting <br />of the Ci-f:y Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, r1innesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 28th day <br /> <br />of June, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council- <br /> <br />men Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />CounciLman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6394 a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON STOlli4 SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 77-A <br /> <br />~1HEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Rosevi1le generally in the area known as District l, bounded <br /> <br />by County Road D on the North, County Road B-2 on the South, <br /> <br />Dale Street on the West and Rice Street on the East by the con- <br /> <br />struction of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />and to assess the benefitted property for all of a portion of <br /> <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. statutes Secs. <br /> <br />429.0ll to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1951). <br />
