Ext.ract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota June 2Q..., 1976 A special meeting of the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on June~, 1976, at 5:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilman Curley, Hess, Anderson and the following were absent: Cotmcilman Grauel The city Manager presented to the Council the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-27 prepared by him with the assistance of the city Public Works Director as directed by the Council on June 28, 1976, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6395 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR Il4PROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-27 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-27 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the pro- posed assessment on July 26, 1976, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered.
