<br />Ext.ract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />June 2Q..., 1976 <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on June~, 1976, at <br />5:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilman Curley, Hess, Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Cotmcilman Grauel <br /> <br />The city Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-27 prepared by him <br /> <br />with the assistance of the city Public Works Director as directed <br /> <br />by the Council on June 28, 1976, and reported that the assessment <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6395 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br />Il4PROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-74-27 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-27 <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish <br />and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the pro- <br />posed assessment on July 26, 1976, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, <br />the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be <br />assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed <br />assessment roll is on file with the Manager, and that written or <br />oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. <br />It shall be published in the official newspaper of the city at <br />
